DELIVERY TIME

  • The estimated delivery time across Pakistan (after dispatch) is 2 to 4 working days for major cities. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
  • Customers are requested to ensure availability on the provided contact number for our team to reach out.
  • Timely delivery is subject to the availability of items and order confirmation.
  • During sale periods, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • The estimated dispatch time for international orders is 7 to 9 working days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • Cancellation Policy for International Orders: Once an order is "in process," it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Customers will bear shipment and customs charges if they refuse or fail to accept the delivery.
  • During sale events, average delivery times may exceed normal estimates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For prepaid orders, cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of order placement by contacting our customer service team.
  • Once an order is "in process," it cannot be canceled or refunded.

PAYMENT THROUGH CARDS

  • Dhaagey.pk ensures a secure shopping experience. However, in some cases, payment verification may be required as per the bank's instructions to avoid fraudulent transactions.
  • If payment is declined by the authorized payment institution, Dhaagey.pk reserves the right to cancel the order.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Flat Delivery Charges of Rs. 200/- are applicable for all orders across Pakistan, Free Delivery offer for order above Rs. 6999 for Pakistan only.

  • International Delivery Charges: Charges vary depending on the destination country, city, state, and locality. You can calculate shipping charges by entering your delivery address during checkout.

  • Taxes & Duties: International orders may be subject to taxes and duties, which are the customer’s responsibility. These charges will be collected at the time of delivery by the courier.


TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
  • Orders can be tracked using the respective courier service’s website mentioned in the email.
